i2o Retail provides an eCommerce revenue protection platform that includes brand protection, price monitoring, content protection, and analytics tools for brands selling across online marketplaces.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i2o Retail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
